JLSFRC is here to support your health and wellness.  We can help you find the resources that are right for your individual health needs.  Here are some of the services offered:

Prescription Assistance

If you are uninsured and have no way to pay for prescription medication, our Prescription Assistance Program may be able to provide one-time emergency assistance paying for a prescription. Our program can also help you find low-cost prescription medication programs if your medication needs to be taken on a long-term basis.

Medical Bill Navigation

Some hospitals and medical clinics have financial assistance programs for patients who do not have medical insurance. WA State DSHS also has emergency coverage for some clients. We can help you find out more about possible options for paying unexpected medical bills, and assist you with filling out necessary applications.

Health Insurance Assistance

If you need information about the Affordable Care Act, or would like assistance finding healthcare coverage, we can help! Depending on your household income, you may qualify for free of low-cost health insurance. Just call us for an appointment to find out more.

If you are looking for in-person assistance with Medicare enrollment, free services are available through a State Health Insurance Benefits Advisor (SHIBA) representative.  Call (360) 378-5246 to schedule an appointment.
