Group Mentoring
Our Dream Big afterschool and summer program is designed to give elementary school students a supportive environment at the Family Resource Center that builds positive peer relationships. Youth participate in weekly, small group meetings where they enjoy bilingual literacy activities, social-emotional check-ins, arts and crafts, and active time outdoors.
Counseling
Are you interested in finding counseling support for yourself or a family member? The Resource Center can help you find professional counseling services, substance use treatment, or recovery supports that are a good fit for your needs and insurance eligibility. Whether you have private pay health insurance, Washington Apple Health, Medicare or no coverage at all, our knowledgeable staff will assist you in finding timely and helpful behavioral health supports. All services are confidential.
Please call (360) 378-5246 to schedule a time to learn more about the options that are available for you.
Strengthening Families
Discover the Strengthening Families Program 10-14 for parents and youth. Join our trained, local facilitators for a meal and interactive sessions, including role-playing, discussions, and learning games, to improve family relationships, resist peer pressure, and enhance parenting skills. This program is free for all island families.
