This free event brings together local providers, experts, and community resources to celebrate and support families across San Juan, Orcas, and Lopez Islands. Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or expanding your crew, this is a can’t-miss event!

Open to all island families, including those from San Juan, Orcas, and Lopez.

What to Expect: Demonstrations, Giveaways, and More!

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll enjoy a variety of expert-led demonstrations designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting:

• 2:15 PM – Pre & Postnatal Nutrition with Erin Schuldt

• 2:45 PM – Bathtub Swim Lessons with Amy Wynn

• 3:15 PM – Babywearing 101 with Lauren Wall

• 3:45 PM – Pelvic Floor Care with Michelle Stringer (Rooted PT)

• 4:15 PM – Perinatal Anxiety Toolbox with Dolly Sundstrom

• 4:40 PM – Gentle Yoga with Mariana Malki

And in the middle of it all, enjoy live harp music by Chase Anderson to bring a moment of calm and beauty to your day.
