At New Day Recovery Café, we recognize that healing and well-being go hand in hand. Proper nutrition, self-care, and a sense of community all play vital roles in supporting mental health and substance use recovery. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a 6-week, in-person group class series designed to empower individuals with the skills and confidence to improve their health—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

If you’re on a journey of recovery and looking for practical ways to care for yourself and your family, these classes are for you!

What You’ll Gain from These Classes

  • Peer-to-Peer Support: Build connections with others who share similar experiences, offering encouragement and accountability.
  • Confidence in Self-Care: Gain tools that will support your long-term health, helping you feel stronger and more in control.
