Sage Connections

You are Invited! Sage Connections is a new weekly drop-in program for seniors, with care providers welcome as needed, aimed at keeping us socially connected and supporting our cognitive health as we age. We offer a warm, inclusive environment, meeting on the1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month starting July 15th.

If you enjoy great conversations and good coffee served along with tasty treats you will not want to miss this!

Please join us to make real connections with other islanders!

You can join in once a month or more often!  It’s a fun way to meet new people, learn new things, and share great stories!
